After many experiments, the engineer improved the labeling technology of the machine and successfully solved the labeling problem of the ball bottle. The daily output of 30,000 ball bottles can achieve high-efficiency production with simultaneous technology and quantity.
We have a separate mold room and multiple production workshops, with more than 40 high-speed injection molding machines, more than 10 one-step blow molding machines, more than 10 high-end robotic arm injection molding machines, labeling machines, automatic gasketing machines, vacuum Test machine, burn-in test machine, transport test machine and many more.
Reducing the impact of plastics on the environment is one of our goals, and we have a dedicated scrap recycling room that shreds the excess parts that are peeled off by machines after injection molds are made and regenerated as materials.
