In production activities, parts produced by injection molding are finished products obtained by peeling off excess parts by machines after being manufactured by injection molds.

So is this part of the excess production "waste" thrown away directly? Not really.

Our workers will smash the excess parts first, and the machine will complete the granulation of plastic products. Collect the excess crushed particles, pour these freshly crushed particles into the mixer, and then add PP recyclable raw materials in proportion. After the machine is running, the last collected material is handed over to the workers to be put back into production.
